Glass Beach gets its name from the smooth colorful glass pieces that you can find mixed into the pebbly beach. From what we understood there used to be a staircase that led straight to the beach, which is no longer there. If you're willing to adventure down a steep pathway very carefully its worth while. Although Glass Beach is a fraction of the colorful sea glass it used to be, it is still very much breath taking.
